Online Registration Incentives

Troop Leaders have two options to get their troop registered for 2014 and earn these great incentives:

Option 1 - Troop Leader Registers Troop

Troop Leaders with a current 01 position in their troop can register their entire troop using a debit or credit card.  

1. Review the "Getting Started Information" to assure that you have all necessary information ready for the next step.
2. Log on to eBiz at https://gsusa.ebiz.uapps.net/VP/Default.aspx?pid=78, enter your user name and password.  Use the appropriate links if you have forgotten this information.  If you are a first time user and have never step an online account please follow these instructions to create your account.
3. Review the "How to Register Your Troop" Instructions.  Please make sure that all information is updated for each girl and adult being registered.
4. Questions??? - Review the Frequently Asked Questions Page or contact the help desk by email at helpdesk@gslpg.org or phone at 800-960-2093.
5. Complete the Troop Evaluation Survey. In order for troops to receive credit for Early Bird registration a Troop Evaluation Survey must be completed by June 28. 
6. Fill out the Early Bird Incentive Request Form and return it by email to info@gslpg or fax to 337-984-2799.

Option 2 - Parent Renews Registration

Troop Leaders notify their parents that the 2014 Early Bird Campaign has begun and that they may register their daughters and themselves for the upcoming membership year and save $2 off of their 2014 Membership and help the troop earn money saving incentives.

1. Encourage parents of currently registered girls and all adults (new and renewing adults) – to individually renew their membership online for quick, accurate, and secure registration. They can also make a Family Partnership contribution online. All members renewing their membership online prior to September 30 will appear on your troop roster for 2013-14.
2. Provide parents with the link to GSLPG's eBiz (https://gsusa.ebiz.uapps.net/VP/Default.aspx?pid=78) account or direct them to GSLPG's website for more information on the 2014 Early Bird Campaign.
3. Parents may review the "How to Register Individually" Instructions.  Please make sure that all information is updated for each girl or adult being registered.
4. Have Parents forward their registration conformation email to the troop leader. Check the Troop Management Hub to see who has registered. If a member is not showing in troop roster, troop leader should contact the helpdesk@gslpg.org or call 800-960-2093.
