In conjunction with World Thinking Day Service Unit 207 presents..... Around the World Dance
February 24, 2013 1 pm - 4 pm St Leo-Seton School Gym 502 St Leo-Seton St Lafayette, LA Cost $5 per Registered Girl Scout Deadline to register - February 2
Girl Scouts of all ages are invited to travel the world! Troops should choose a country to represent and wear costume typical of that country. The troop should bring food that is prepared in the country to share with other troops. Troop representatives will be emailed a number of participants to prepare for. Each troop will be given time to share information about their country such as: - Geographical Location
- Language
- Animals/flowers found in the country
- Currency
- Form of Government
- A dance, song or game that children learn
No tagalongs will be allowed to attend this event.
