Description: After completion of this course, participants will be able to camp outdoors using tents, use camp tools, and to do some advanced cooking, as well as several other camping skills that will be beneficial to their troop’s outdoor camping experience. Bring your copy of Safety-Wise, Outdoor Education in Girl Scouting, pencil, paper, chair, mess kit (plate, cup utensils), snacks to share (optional), pocket knife (optional) and a positive attitude! We’ll be cooking lunch. Wear completely closed-in shoes and dress for the weather.

MUST HAVE COMPLETED OUTDOOR EDUCATION BASIC TRAINING COURSE.
